Autobiography
Growing Up
I call many places home-Ghana, Japan, Hawaii and Ohio.
I was born and raised in Ghana-a beautiful peaceful country in West Africa. I have fond memories of times spent with my grand -mother. I particularly remember times we went to fetch water at the river side, time spent on our millet farm and selling at the market.
I also remember times spent with my peers climbing mango trees, swimming, fishing and molding with clay.
School days were my favorite times too. I remember growing up and in Elementary school learning ' 30 days has September, April, June and November. All the rest has 31 except February alone which has 28 days in a leap year'. High School days are the most cherished as it reminds me of when I met my husband. College was fun too!
Exchange programs in the United Kingdom were very enlightening. Moving to the USA and Japan was a big change yet fascinating. In Japan, my favorite place is Yokohama and in Hawaii Wakiki beach.
I am married to my high school sweet heart and we are blessed with a sweet boy. Music and drama makes me tick. In my spare time, I like to read, travel or spend time with my family. I also love to eat 'sushi. My experiences contribute to who I am and what I am passionate about.

Community Life
Growing up, I found myself being an I am an activist and an advocate. I am passionate about being and creating a positive change in my community and generation.
This led me to co-founding Greight Foundation ( http://www.greightfoundation.org/), a non-profit organization dedicated to training, coaching and mentoring young people in communities around the world.
Often times find myself brainstorming on designing and implementing child/youth development projects and programs. I like to facilitate personal development trainings for young people as a way of giving back to community
